2.Project Objectives and Tasks
The construction of this supporting project aims to establish an efficient, collaborative, and sustainable modern support system for the Joemex Electric Intelligent Technology Industrial Base. Its core objective is to optimize the regional industrial ecosystem and strengthen the resilience of the industrial chain by providing comprehensive, high-standard supporting facilities to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the core production base, thereby enhancing the overall competitiveness of the industrial cluster. The project is committed to promoting industrial upgrading and high-quality regional economic development. It not only serves the base's own production capacity expansion and product line extension (such as power overload protectors, switches, and power strips) but also focuses on integrating into the smart manufacturing and advanced equipment manufacturing industrial layout of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It aims to enhance Zhongshan City's industrial agglomeration effect and radiation-driven capacity in the field of key electrical components, providing a solid hardware foundation and platform support for the region to undertake high-end industrial transfer and cultivate new quality productive forces.

4.Construction Scale and Content
The project covers a total land area of approximately 73 mu. The main planned content involves the construction of supporting facilities for the Joemex Electric Intelligent Technology Industrial Base, with a total construction area of 110,551 square meters. The main construction includes seven high-standard factory buildings, one comprehensive office building, and two staff dormitory buildings. This project primarily produces power overload protectors, switches, power strips, and other series of products.
